Ahead of the United Nation&#8217;s 25 September\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.un.org\/millenniumgoals\/2008highlevel\/\" target=\"_blank\">High-level Event on the MDGs<\/a>, which will identify gaps and determine how to accelerate progress toward the MDGs, the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdg-gateway.org\/MDG-Blog\/\" target=\"_blank\">UN has launched a blog<\/a> to stimulate the discussion on how to make the most of the upcoming 7 years.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdg-gateway.org\/MDG-Blog\/\" target=\"_blank\">Have your say!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Take a look at the google earth map or to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdgmonitor.org\/map.cfm?goal=&amp;indicator=&amp;cd=\">map they have online<\/a> to se realtime progress towards the goals. We are 5 years and 134 days away from the &#8220;D&#8221; day. Still a long way to go. Unfortunately the site is not very well maintained.
