I had already several problems with this hosting company&#8230; they were down quite often. I took a look&#8230; mmm <br \/>I went to the FTP and all the site was gone!!!! GONE!!<br \/>I chatted with them&#8230; The server crashed, the backup copy is corrupted. All data is gone. That&#8217;s it.<br \/>Unfortunately I don&#8217;t have a backup. It is not my responsibility I delivered the site, now is their problem&#8230; but I recommended this hosting service&#8230;. it just sucks. I&#8217;m a dead man&#8230;<br \/>I will publish the conversation with them&#8230;. but the clearly state in their legal terms:<br \/><cite><br \/>12.2 &#8211; Customer shall be solely responsible for the development, operation, backup, and maintenance of Customer&#8217;s web site and any online store and e-commerce activities.
