My phone stopped working and the internet debit has been decreasing to ridiculous download speeds averaging \u00a030Kb\/s (I should have 8 t 9 Mb&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>Since this morning Internet keeps dropping so tokao and norai will not be available in a constant way until this is fixed.
