In fact, Folbot has been producing and selling their iconic folding boats and kayaks since 1933. Essentially a one-man submarine no larger than an average canoe, the so-called \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sleeping_Beauty_(canoe)\">Sleeping Beauties<\/a>\u201d were used in daring raids against Japanese shipping in captured ports such as Phuket, Thailand.
