I emailed them to see weather it is possible to buy it in Europe. This is the answer:

“We’re grateful for your interest in the Pogoplug and we apologize for the fact that we are not yet selling outside of North America. Actually we have received a good deal of international interest, particularly from the EU, and it’s clear that this will be our first area of international expansion. Currently we are negotiating with prospective EU distributors (do you have a recommendation?) and I expect we will be selling in these markets within the next three to six months.

As for the technical issue of compatibility, though only a two prong plug and adapter cable is included with the Pogoplug, it is compatible with world adapters. The Pogoplug power specifications follow:
